Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data inkishaf.az collects, how it is used and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: first and last name, email, phone (WhatsApp), the name for certificates, password (stored only as a hash), language preference.
  • Registration data: the events and courses you register for, your answers to registration questions, attendance and course progress.
  • Payment data: amount, reference number and the receipt you upload. We do not collect bank card details.
  • Certificates: certificates issued to you and their verification codes.
  • Forms: what you write in the contact, advertising request and newsletter forms.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and login times (for security and abuse prevention).

2. How we use it

  • To create and run your account and register you for events and courses;
  • to send notifications about registrations, payments, reminders and changes;
  • to check payments and issue certificates;
  • to answer your requests;
  • to send the newsletter if you subscribed;
  • to keep the Platform secure.

3. Sharing

  • The organiser of an event you register for can see your name and contact details in the participant list.
  • When you start a WhatsApp chat to pay, your message and name pass through WhatsApp (Meta) and are subject to its privacy rules.
  • A certificate's verification page shows the name on the certificate and the event title.
  • We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for advertising. It may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Certificate records may be kept after an account is deleted so issued certificates stay verifiable. Payment records are kept as long as accounting and reporting rules require.

5. Cookies

The Platform only uses cookies it needs to work: the session cookie (staying logged in), the security (CSRF) cookie, and a cookie remembering that you accepted the cookie notice. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Videos are shown in YouTube's no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

6. Your rights

  • View your data and update it in your account;
  • ask for the name on your certificates to be corrected with a name correction request;
  • ask for your account and data to be deleted;
  • unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in each email.

7. Security

Data is kept on protected servers, passwords are hashed irreversibly, and only authorised staff can access the admin panel.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
