Terms of use
These terms set out the rules for using inkishaf.az (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to them.
1. About the Platform
inkishaf.az publishes events, trainings and courses, vacancies, scholarships and international opportunities for young people, and handles event registration and certificates.
2. Your account
- Give your real first name, last name, email and phone (WhatsApp) number when you sign up.
- You are responsible for writing the name on your certificates correctly, with Azerbaijani letters. After your first certificate is issued it can only be changed through a name correction request.
- Do not share your password. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
- Accounts that break these rules may be blocked without notice.
3. Registering for events and courses
- When places are limited your registration may go on a waiting list; you are notified when a place opens.
- If you cannot attend, cancel your registration in your account so the place goes to someone else.
- The organiser may cancel an event or change its date or format; you are told by email.
- Applications to events run by external organisers happen on their own website or by their email, under their rules.
4. Payments
- For paid events and courses you pay to the details shown and upload the receipt to the Platform or send it via WhatsApp.
- A payment is approved after an administrator checks it. If the receipt does not match, the payment can be rejected with a reason.
- Refund terms are stated on each event page or agreed with the organiser. If the organiser cancels the event, the payment is refunded.
5. Certificates
A certificate is issued once your attendance or course completion is confirmed. Every certificate has a verification code that anyone can check on the Platform. Forging or altering a certificate is forbidden and may lead to it being revoked.
6. Comments and conduct
Offensive, discriminatory, promotional or unlawful content is not allowed. Such comments may be removed or hidden.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, images, course materials and design on the Platform belong to inkishaf.az or their authors. Copying or distributing them without permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation of liability
Opportunities announced by third parties (organisers, employers, scholarship programmes) are published as they provide them. The Platform is not responsible for their outcome or for the content of third-party websites.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
